Why we call them Tricks?
The reason we have chosen this word is because we want our Art arrives everybody. This Website is for the Magic professional, the non professional, the amateur, but above all is for the lovers of this beautiful Art. And as you know, all of us when we have started on this we call them "Magic Tricks". With time, we understand that the Magic we want to transfer to our audience is more than a simple Trick, or even the Trick doesn't exist.
Who is inside enfilo.com? What do they do?
At Enfilo we have the best creative minds of Magic. We have only the best people, our Production and Creative team is simply the best. We have collaborations with a team of Artists. They create effects and tecniques for your learning, and we, all together, can push our Art forward putting the Magic, our Magic, the Art that all our Team loves, in the place that it deserves. The journey has just begun.
In which languages is enfilo.com?
Enfilo is available in English and in Spanish. Not all the sections are exactly the same, but most of them are in both languages. About the Products, all the Enfilo A la Carta videos are available in both languages and all has been prepared for the understanding of a person who speaks English or Spanish. The videos with Spanish audio, contain English subtitles; and the videos with English audio, contain Spanish subtitles.
Does enfilo.com compatible with a MAC?
Yes. All the enfilo.com content is fully compatible with both Mac and PC.
How can I contact to the Enfilo Team
If you can not find the answer in any section of the Website you can go to the Contact section and ask to our Technical Department anything you want.
Users and Accounts
How can I register at enfilo.com?
You can Register at the upper part of the Website, there you can find a link to our Register Page, you can also do that with a link placed on the bottom part of the Website. If you want to register on the Store, you can do that also on the upper part of the Website, always inside the domain store.enfilo.com, and also using the on links placed on the right, down the text Mail and Password boxes, and inside the store.enfilo.com domain too.
How can I log in at enfilo.com?
To log in you can do that from the upper part of the Website, just click on Log in. The same for the store. You can also log in at the Store by filling the Mail and password boxes placed on the right.
Why I can not have the same user for both Website and Store?
For security reasons we have decided that the Store account is different from the Website account. You can use, however, the same Web address to sign up for both.
Ordering and Shipping
How can I order? Is it safe?
You can order via Paypal. It is Safe, Quick and you can do it by using your Credit Card.
Why the products are more expensive when I am logged in
If you see this is because your billing adress is configurated for one of the countries inside the European Union. In all of them are taxed by IVA, and thats the legal configuration for this tax from Spain, the ENFILO residence country. Our Store can only detect this when you have indicated your billing adress in your personal account, if you are not logged in, we can't knowing you billing country, therefore, the prices will appear without this tax.
When will I recieve the product?
The shipping will start the next day of the purchase, and the arriving of the item will depend on the sending zone. These periods are between 48 hours and 6 days, and are calculated for business days. For more details please check our Terms of Use section.
Enfilo a la Carta
Why I can't download the Enfilo a la Carta products?
You can access to the Enfilo a la Carta purchased content whenever you want, you only need an Internet Conexion. All the content will be in our Streaming Video Server and you can view it directly from you Store account quick and easily. A safety and without waitings system.
How can I view the Enfilo a la Carta purchased videos?
All the Videos you have purchased at Enfilo a la Carta will be placed in your personal collection called "My Collection". There, you can collect all your videos and view them whenever you want.
When will I recieve the product?
After the payment is complete, the Video will be added automatically to your collection.
Participate
How can I participate on contests, events...?
If you want to participate in an event, contest or competition... You can do it always from the Participate section. You only have to follow the instructions. If you also follow us on Twiiter or Facebook, you can see that, eventually, we will make some mini-contests, for example, asking something and the first correct answer wins. So you know, follow us via Facebook and Twitter, because you never know where the surprises are gonna come from.
